Master Process Pipeline
Corrected per-order lifecycle (Stages 0 to 13). Supersedes the prior linear Phase A to I tree. Click any stage to expand its corrected sub-steps. Change markers: SPLIT, GATE, HUMAN HANDOFF.
Continuous Layers and Standing Background Processes
These are not sequential stages. The continuous layers wrap every stage of the per-order lifecycle below. The standing background processes run ahead of and alongside any single order. Separating them from the per-order path is the core correction in this revision.
Continuous Layers (wrap every stage)
Standing Background Processes (run ahead of demand)
Autonomy Phasing: Crawl / Walk / Run
Validated autonomy phasing for the core production path. Group labels are aligned to the corrected stage numbering. Activities newly added by the corrected tree (export-control screening, job-engineering proveout, outside processing, nonconformance handling, tooling staging, post-delivery) are not yet classified here and are pending autonomy calls. Switch phases to highlight every activity that still needs a human; the production path reaches full autonomy by the walk phase, and what stays manual after that is structural: physical material handoffs, customer decisions, governance approvals, and maintenance.
